This is the question that residents of Ukrainian villages often ask their acquaintances when the zucchini harvest season arrives. I don’t know why, but in Ukraine, the harvest of zucchini is always gigantic!
Various recipes using sea zucchini: fried, stewed, baked, canned etc. In this recipe, you will easily learn to prepare a delicious dish in a few minutes, which can be both a hot snack before dinner and a side dish for a meat dish.
Pan fried zucchini recipes
The ingredients for this dish are available in every kitchen. Sesame may be excluded, but given its recent spread in cooking, every housewife probably has it as well.
For cooking, we need young zucchini, flour, starch, eggs, salt, and oil. Garlic and sesame for flavoring.
Wash the zucchini, remove the stem, make longitudinal grooves with a fork and cut them into small cubes. You can use a shaped knife to give your dish a more extravagant appearance.
Put the flour, starch, and salt in a bag and put the zucchini in it. Shake the bag well so that our ingredients completely cover the surface of the zucchini. Then mix them with the egg.
Fry until golden brown, add garlic and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Your dish is ready!
Do not add garlic during cooking, only after you put the zucchini on a plate. Otherwise, it will give the dish an unpleasant sour taste.

Zucchini is tastier than meat, few people will believe that it is so easy to cook them and delicious! One of the many zucchini recipes – quick, tasty, healthy.
- Zucchini – 500 gr.
- Flour – 2 tbsp. l.
- Starch – 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt – 0.5 tbsp. l.
- Oil – 100 ml.
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Sesame – 1 tbsp. l.
Choose young and small zucchini weighing 250 g each. Wash the zucchini, cut off the stem, and use a fork to make grooves along the zucchini.
Cut the zucchini in half, and into two parts lengthwise. Cut them with a shaped or regular knife into 1-1.5 cm pieces.
Put the zucchini in a bowl, and prepare a regular package.
Add flour, starch, and salt to the bag (if desired, you can also add black pepper). Send the zucchini to the bag and, closing its opening, shake well for 30–40 seconds. So that our ingredients thoroughly cover the entire surface of the zucchini.
Add 3 chicken eggs to a bowl and beat them like an omelette.
Add the zucchini to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Put the pan on the fire, add oil and heat it. Place the zucchini on the heated pan.
Fry on both sides until golden.
Put the zucchini on a plate, add the grated garlic and mix.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Your zucchini is ready.
